JAMIE and Steve, What a fabulous start of a beautiful challenge for you two to share. May I suggest that Steve write a personal letter to the BirthMother too? That is one thing I felt that was missing in my adotion selection years ago. Not that it would be fine without one, but I always wanted to know how the adoptive father felt about becoming a dad and his apprecition. That is something I had always wanted.

ReplyDeleteWe actually wrote the our letter to the birthmother together! Steve has a way with words that I don't (it's my hand writing though...Steve thinks mine is prettier! Haha!) Would you suggest that we each write our own letters instead? Any suggestions are so helpful!
